You will learn to really breathe and relax so you are fully prepared for labor and delivery...a time when staying calm is extremely important. When you’re in pain or afraid, your body produces adrenalin and may decrease the production of oxytocin, a hormone that makes labor progress. A regular yoga practice will help you fight the urge to tighten up when you feel pain, and show you how to relax instead. At Beautiful Life we have highly trained and certified yoga instructors who give daily prenatal and regular yoga classes for all ages and all levels, both in a class setting and one-on-one. Vinyasa YogaThe word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement." In this technique the instructor will teach and train you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This style is also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
